Concordia to be salvaged by Dutch Co. Smit Tak

Smit Tak crew are intransit to the Concordia sinking to carry out the salvage operation.

Priority 1 is securing any oil that maybe leaking to prevent a natural disaster.

A team of professionals will then assess the cruise ship's structure.

Smit Tak has tendered to salvage the entire vessel but are still negotiating with local government.
